Garden House

Taking advantage of a sunfilled garden allotment.

 

From a modest brick house we created a home with a focus on a sunfilled garden in Myrtle Bank, SA. The house frames the garden with internal spaces connecting into the garden and individual garden rooms becoming extensions of the living space. The threshold to outside is widened to form a verandah-like frame for shading, a space to sit, to channel views, to provide privacy.
