Tonsley has transformed the former Mitsubishi Motors manufacturing plant into Australia’s leading innovation precinct. The 61 hectare site received 6 Star Green Star – Communities, accreditation as an exemplar of sustainable mixed-use development.

 

Since 2016 Davis + Davis Architects has provided Renewal SA strategic design advice to guide the evolution and implementation of the masterplan, including strategies for driving innovative mixed-use typologies, adaptive reuse, social enterprise and placemaking.
